WSQ EQUIPMENT AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

This module is designed to train and equip current and future Cleaning Supervisors with the technical skills and competencies to manage equipment and inventory.

WSQ Environmental Cleaning

The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications System for Environmental Cleaning (Environment Cleaning WSQ) is designed to help workers in the cleaning industry improve their employability as well as progress in their careers.

This framework broadly covers two sub-sectors:

  • Commercial and Private Residential Cleaning
  • Public Cleaning

SSG Funding and SkillsFuture Credit

The WSQ Security courses are eligible for SSG funding and is SkillsFuture Credit $500 claimable.

To help companies and individuals offset the cost of training, SSG will provide funding for the course fee (eligible Singaporeans or PRs only) and absentee payroll.

  1. INDIVIDUALS – Up to 95% course fee and absentee payroll
  2. SME – Up to 90% course fee and up to S$25 per training hour
  3. NON-SME- Up to 80% course fee and up to S$17 per training hour
  4. Workfare Skills Support (WSS) is eligible for Singaporeans aged 35yo and above with gross monthly income not exceeding $2300
  5. Participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment by SSG upon passing an oral/written examination and practical assessment
  6. Upon successful completion, participants can apply for Training Commitment Award (TCA) with documentation and the training is relevant to their work.
