WSQ Diploma in Retail (E-Commerce Omni Channel)

Entry Requirements

  • At least 25 years old and have at least 1 year of work experience
  • GCE ‘O’ Level at least a C6 for English OR
  • Workplace Literacy Level 7 OR
  • Nitec / Higher Nitec qualifications OR
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervisory

Course Outline

Module 1: Effective Business Negotiation

Identify and target available business opportunities, ensure preparation for the meetings is sufficient to enable effective business negotiation and evaluate outcomes of business negotiations for improvement.

Module 5: Service Brand

Implement the organisation’s service brand, which includes taking corrective action to ensure alignment with the organisations service strategies.

Module 2: Innovate the Customer Experience

Develop insights and methods to enhance customer experience.

 

 

 

 

Module 6: Service Leadership in Action

Lead a team to deliver service excellence that is in line with the organisation’s customer focused strategies.

Module 3: Promote Service Innovation Culture

Promote a service innovation culure in the organisation and evaluate the success of implemented service innovation ideas.

 

Module 7: Social Media Marketing

Evaluate potential and suitability of social media marketing opportunities, seek new ways of utilising social media channels, and monitor outcome of social media marketing.

Module 4: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Manage and monitor Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) campaigns for the organisation’s digital assets and contents across channels and conduct analysis on performance of SEO campaigns.

Notes:

  • Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use the $500 SkillsFuture Credit to subsidise the course fees.
  • Learners below the age of 31 years old can use their Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) to pay for the balance of fees after WSQ funding.
  • The course is eligible for Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) claims.
